Apparel from where it all started. Wrightsville Beach. The palm tree was "planted" on the Intracoastal Island by the Salling family to commemorate a little slice of paradise where they could get away from it all.  When parking prices kept going up at the beach, a parking meter was "borrowed" from the city and cemented next to the tree. From there forward it became a symbol of the town's rebellious spirit and a great place to kick back and relax away from it all.
